On Saturday September 20, KILA will hold the annual members meeting at 10:00am at the school. As part of this meeting we will vote on recent bylaw changes the current board is proposing. A copy of those proposed changes is attached with the updates highlighted in red. Everyone will be given an opportunity to comment on these proposed changes as well as submit additional revisions before we vote whether or not to adopt them.
Additionally, we will be holding elections for several board positions. If you would like to be considered for a position on the board, please notify myself (chris.k@kila.rocks) or Jennifer Pieratt (jennifer@kila.rocks) prior to the meeting and if possible plan to attend in person on the 20th.
